Rental Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms describe how dumpster rentals from JP Roll Off Service, Inc. ("JP Roll Off," "we," "us") work. Pricing and job-specific details are provided in your quote. If you have a question about anything here, call our office before you book.
1. Quotes and pricing
Pricing depends on the dumpster size and type of material. Your quote includes delivery, pickup, and a 14-day rental. Heavy materials require separate pricing.
Additional charges may apply for excess weight, prohibited items, extra rental days, and trip charges.
2. Payment
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH payments. Payment is required before delivery.
3. Rental period and pickup
- Our standard rental includes 14 days.
- Additional rental days are available for a daily charge.
- Pickup is on request. Dumpsters are not picked up automatically. Call our office when you are ready and we will add your dumpster to our schedule.
4. Delivery and access
- Order by 12 PM for next-day delivery. Same-day delivery may be available depending on your location and our schedule.
- Our trucks generally require a minimum of 44 feet of straight-line access to safely place a dumpster. We also operate smaller trucks that can accommodate tighter spaces.
- Make sure there is adequate overhead clearance from trees, wires, and other obstacles.
- If your driveway, alley, or job site has limited access, tell us when scheduling so we can recommend the best option.
5. Placement and surfaces
Roll-off dumpsters and delivery trucks are heavy and may damage some surfaces. Customers are responsible for protecting their driveway or placement area before delivery. If you're unsure about placement, call our office before scheduling.
6. Permits
Permit requirements depend on where the dumpster will be placed and local regulations. Customers are responsible for determining whether a permit is required and obtaining any necessary permits or approvals before delivery.
7. Loading rules
- For safety and transportation regulations, debris must not extend above the top edge of the container.
- Aggregate materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, and asphalt must remain 1 foot below the top rail of the container.
- Overfilled containers cannot be legally hauled and will not be picked up until the level is reduced.
- Weight limits depend on the container size and material type.
8. Accepted materials
Most household junk, construction debris, demolition debris, furniture, roofing materials, and yard debris are accepted.
Concrete, dirt, asphalt, brick, and masonry require a designated 10-, 15-, or 20-yard aggregate dumpster and must be kept separate from general trash. They are not accepted in 25-, 30-, or 40-yard dumpsters.
9. Prohibited items and additional charges
- We do not accept hazardous materials, paint, oils, fuels, chemicals, batteries, propane tanks, asbestos, or refrigerators containing refrigerant.
- Mattresses and tires are accepted for an additional charge.
- Not sure about an item? Call us before loading.
10. Trip charges, cancellations, and rescheduling
- If the container can't be delivered or picked up as scheduled because the site is blocked or inaccessible, or the container is overfilled, a trip charge applies.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Orders canceled or rescheduled before dispatch are generally not subject to additional fees.
- If the truck has already been dispatched or is on-site, a trip charge will apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
